What you Criticize You Attract

Whatever you criticize you attract. You can diet all you want, you can run endless miles, you can become vegan or you can eat only protein in an attempt to get leaner, but if you’re spending your time trying to find everything thats wrong with the size of your tummy or your legs, no diet or exercise plan will bring you long lasting results.

Remember that energy flows where attention goes so if all you’re seeing are negative aspects of yourself, that is exactly what you are attracting more of.

Focus instead on the life that is present within your body, somebody is taking their last breathe as you do. Someone else could be fighting an illness you really would not exchange a little bit or a lot of weight for. Don’t make yourself miserable about a number on a scale, it cannot measure the capacity of your heart to love others.

Movement should be a thanksgiving to your body not a punishment. Eating should be a process of gratitude for having a plate of food that someone else is not so privileged to have, not a guilt trip.

You are MORE than your body, you are a beautiful soul who deserves a lot more love and care than you may be giving yourself. Consider that. Befriend your body, really BE Friends with your body, its such a kind thing to do.
