Focus on the #gratitude aspect. Don’t focus on the #lack aspect.
Stop thinking about not having enough.
Sometimes we do it by default from the moment we awaken.
Some mornings we awaken and our first thought is “I didn’t get ‘enough’ sleep. Then we go
– “I didn’t have ‘enough’ time for breakfast”
– “I don’t have ‘enough’ time to exercise or cook healthy” or
– “There is not ‘enough’ hours in the day”
Notice the pattern and the frequency?! We keep on attracting ‘not enough’
Become aware of what a powerful creator you are.
Be cognizant of your words and thought patterns and start speaking that which you wouldn’t mind having a whole load more of!
