If you are constantly focused on ‘fixing’ what you perceive as an issue or problem, you will attract more issues to fix. If you are trying to get control of weight gain, constantly assessing why you eat what you eat, how you feel when you eat, this behavior leaves you soaked in attracting more issues to solve.
Instead of trying to find a solution, focus on a new habit and the solution is found in letting go.
Focus on developing new habits like a new interest, a dance class, reading up on different countries and their traditions , listening to Ted Talks, learning a new exercise routine from YouTube, cleaning out a cupboard, planting something that you can add to a salad some day, spending time with in nature, writing a letter to someone you love, meditation, guided meditation, or meditation to your favorite music.
The list is endless and in this place of ‘going general’ you will release the feeling of being stuck, having a problem and you will focus instead on improving your life.
As you do this, you will release ‘the weight’ of trying to find a solution.
